First of all, THANK YOU once again to everyone who participated in BeerAid. We really appreciate your support more than we can express in words! Hence the need for swag. 🙂
Secondly, I want to apologize for the delay in getting the swag out to you. It's been an interesting process, especially with the t-shirts. Nonetheless, we are ready to get things rolling along.
Everything has been ordered and most of it has been delivered to us. All we need now is for the participants that qualify for a t-shirt to fill out a quick form. This form will help expedite the process, since not everyone provided an address and/or shirt size.
So...
If you donated between $100 and $199 or $300 or more, please click here to fill out the T-Shirt Order Form ASAP!
Note: You must be logged in to your SurveyorConnect/BeerLeg forum account to access the form. This helps ensure we don't get spammers submitting garbage to us.
We will be cross-checking the submissions against our donations received to verify each recipient. Please submit the form before August 18, 2013 so we can get these t-shirts out the door and on your bodies!
Also, it's not too late to participate in BeerAid! Visit our Donate page or click the banner ad on the home page.
Please note that the shirt style, colors and design are subject to change. The image above is an approximate rendering of the final product.
I click on the click on and get Error no authorization
Pablo
Please try again. I had the links hard-coded to SurveyorConnect and I assume you are logged in to BeerLeg. I fixed the links so that they would work from either. 🙂
From the order form.
> If you recently participated in the 2013 BeerAid program, donated between $100 and $199 or over $300 since May 31, 2013 and reside within the United States, you qualify to receive a free SurveyorConnect t-shirt.
Hopefully this is just a simple mistake. I don't recall anything in the original thread about the swag being limited to US residents.
Whoops! My bad. Form has been updated. 🙂
Hope i done did it write. Cain't miss out on sumpin' lak dis.
I'm not sure my submittal went through. I clicked on the Submit (or whatever it was called) button, but got a blank page in response. I tried again, same result. I figure you'll either get two from me or none!
They both went through, but no problem! I'd rather have duplicates than none at all. 🙂
Wendell,
Is this for lump sum donations or do the monthly donations work towards the total?
Jimmy
Good question! I hadn't even thought of that. But yeah, we could work that out. 🙂
Do you have any with a big ugly beard on them?
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
"Here's the line, and that's a fact, jack!"

PS, that was supposed to be funny. After I looked at it, it could look like criticism. It ain't. I like your latest design.
Have these been shipped yet, or perhaps mine got lost in the mail somewhere?
Apologies for the (continued) delay. This has been a learning experience about five times over. Ultimately, the main lesson(s) learned is: don't sell the shirts until you physically have them in your possession, after you've had time to ensure they are printed properly, on the correct shirt you selected and of the correct color.
Shirts are on their way and should be here within 10 business days. This means that it's going to be really close to Christmas but I'm going to give it everything I've got to get them in the mail in time for you to get them before then.
Oh yeah, I learned another lesson. If you purchased shirts from a vendor in the past and you were happy with the results, don't try to change to a new vendor, even if they are local...
