I'm a 25 year old LSIT from Tennessee.?ÿ I graduated with a BS in surveying almost two years ago and sat for the FS soon after.?ÿ I should be eligible to sit for the PS this spring.?ÿ
I currently work for a good sized firm doing pretty much whatever they need me to do. Some days I'm in the field scanning, and/or doing traditional boundaries, topos, or layouts. Other days I'm in the office processing, doing calcs, or drafting.?ÿ ?ÿI have my part 107 drone certification and should be adding the drone Lidar/ photogrammetry to my skillset soon.?ÿ
The people I work for and with are absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't ask for better mentors.?ÿ
I am however considering asking for a raise and looking for advice on what a reasonable wage would be.?ÿ?ÿ

Since I'm in California and close to San Francisco, I do not know what is fair compensation for your area.?ÿ It will depend upon where you live, what your billing rate is, the profit you?ÿ generate on the jobs that you work on, the benefits you receive, annual bonuses,?ÿ and what additional value you brought to the company since your last raise.
