Good morning all,
Australian surveyor here, My Boss sent me a link on a discussion, and there was some good common sense being talked, so here I am. Been around the "professional walkers" clan for 40 years, looking forward to chatting with you.

Welcome, Mark. We have several participants from the Southern Hemisphere speaking up somewhat regularly here. I'm certain there are many more who lurk around taking but not giving. It is fun to learn of the similarities, and differences, of how surveying works in different locations.
With 40 years of experience you must have witnessed many interesting things. Please share a couple with us soon.
