At Our last KAPS Meeting this topic was brought up by the President. Stolen equipment found in Laurel County, Kentucky trying to find owner.

If I'm not mistaking (bad picture) that last device is used for laying out sewers. Judging by the transits, and that, it probably belongs to a constuction company.
