About three posts prior to this, timewise, is one being added to a thread started in April 2012. The post by blemoine comes only two days after another one to the same thread by willyy3. The thread concerns a Japanese survey marker washing ashore in Washington courtesy of the huge tsunami.
I can understand blemoine stumbling onto the two day old post by willyy3, but, what the heck was willyy3 doing to find the old thread in the first place. What got my attention when I clicked on blemoine's post in the chronological post listing was that one of the posts in the thread was made by Mark R. Remember him? He was banned from the board for excessive political pontification.
Anyone that does a search of the site will often find old posts, depending on what they are searching for. 🙂
