If you've recently registered here and now you can't login, it may be that you haven't activated your account yet. Immediately after you completed the registration process, the system automatically sent a message to the email address you used when you registered. Within that email message is a link to activate your account.
If you did not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder. Our domain name, beerleg.com, was only purchased one day ago, so many email programs may err on the side of caution by tossing the activation email in your spam folder. Clicking on that link in the email tells our system that you registered with a real email address.
The reason for this activation process is to stop spammers before they get in. They will often register with bogus email addresses. If the email addresses they use are not real (therefore meaning they don't even have access to them), their accounts cannot be activated. As such, they cannot post spam all over our site.
If you do not receive your activation email within a few minutes, please use our contact form here to let us know what username and email address you used to sign up so we can activate your account manually.
