Multiple quotes not possible

If I quote someone and then try to quote a second post, it replaces the first one and any text I have typed, instead of just adding?ÿ on the second quote.

I was pretty sure I had done multiple quotes on this instantiation of the forum.

This is on an old version of Firefox and Windows.

I find that I can copy and paste, and then create multiple block quotes, but not by using the quote button under people's posts.

That is indeed how it works at the moment. You could create separate posts for each response or you could manually copy/paste and put them in blockquotes.
