Laptop with Firefox as default browser, Surveyor Connect bookmarked. Selecting the bookmark, I get the Homepage, but the login button doesn't work for me.
?ÿI have to click the "recent" button to get an active login button. Both login buttons appearing below seem to be "hot".
also: I have ccleaner setup to clear cookies,history, cache, etc. when I close my browsers, and when I shut computer down.
Still sounds like a caching issue. If you hit CTRL F5 a couple of times, hopefully you will see the buttons. You may have to manually clear your cache. This was a weird off and on issue for months but I can't seem to replicate it anymore in any browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Sizzy, Opera, Edge Mobile, Firefox Mobile), which leads me back to cache. You might also want to make sure you have the latest version of Firefox (menu > Help > About Firefox).
The alternative is to use the Login/Sign-Up menu in the menu bar, which appears in your screenshot.
