darn, can't figure out how to attach image
I get the upload dialog, see a thumbnail, and the box is checked, click on thumbnail and I get full screen "working" but after 5 minutes and I figure it failed ... now what?
If it's any consolation, you're not the only one experiencing this.
Not sure why you are clicking on the thumbnail after uploading. You should be clicking the Insert Into Post button.

That's what I've done, but I still get the "Working" thing until I give up waiting.
I've made some more adjustments to see if it helps with uploading, plus the reply, quote and edit buttons. There may be a sacrifice of speed though, so I'd be interested in hearing feedback about that as well. Note that the only real way to test it properly though is to refresh your browser cache first.
Far as I can tell, the quote and reply buttons do nothing currently.
