This is a totally minor issue, but it'd be handy if the page titles (may not be the right term) were links that cause a page reload.?ÿ For example, I find myself frequently trying to click on the Recent Topics title (see photo) when browsing the site on my phone, usually because I'm returning to the page after an absence and want to get the newest batch of posts loaded.?ÿ Being able to click on that would be easier than other reload methods.

Have you tried swiping down? That's how I reload pages.
Swiping down works great except that half the time I fat-finger a live link and end up on another page.?ÿ That great big title text makes for a much easier target on a handheld device.
