This is an idea from FaceBook and I wonder if you could do something similar.
In FaceBook there is a little globe at the top of the page that puts and indicator there anytime anyone adds something to a thread you also commented in. And when you click on it it drops down a menu showing you what was said and a hyper link to the thread.
I know you have email notification but I really don't want to clutter up the email with that stuff.
Could you do something like that here? What got me thinking about it is that the other day someone posted to a thread I started 80 days ago and the only reason I saw it was because it had just happened and showed up in the new post column.

Yup, I'll be there with some of my toys and hopefully some available RAM in my brain. Not sure yet if I'll bring the T4 or not. Probably not.
Also would like to be able to mark posts as favorites so that I can easily come back to a particular post later on.
It would be really cool if when I marked something as a favorite that I could include a short comment - like to rename the subject - to make it more useful to remember what it was about.
