I was curious, has anyone noticed that the UTC to UT1 correction, aka DUT, has been -0.2 for almost a year? and there hasnƒ??t been a leap second in over 3 years? Or am I missing something??ÿ

DUT1= (UT1-UTC) transmitted with time signals
             = -0.2 seconds beginning 02 May 2019 at 0000 UTC
         Beginning 1 January 2017:
            TAI-UTC = 37.000 000 seconds
