First one used ?ÿ?ÿ IAMN ?ÿ?ÿ IAMQ?ÿ NLIB?ÿ?ÿ el ht pk-pk 0.244(m)

Second one used IAMN?ÿ?ÿ IAWN?ÿ NLIB?ÿ?ÿ 0.378(m)

Your modified 2nd file used IATA ?ÿ IAMN?ÿ IAWN 0.203(m)

In no case do two of them agree in all dimensions to a desirable degree, so I don't suspect a bad CORS.

mark is 4.3 meters away from the GPS values

The data sheet horizontal coordinates are HD_HELD2, i.e. handheld quality, and might be from my Garmin some years back, although I'm not sure of that.

@dmyhill Trimble RTX post processing uses Trimble owned CORS around the world. It is a Trimble service not a NGS service.
