Hello !?ÿ

I have a problem with my PM500, it won't start. I've tryed with the external battery and the same thing. I measured static and i can't get the information from it. I was into a difficult area with lots of trees. An unusual thing was that the screen in that day was flickering a line on it and the battery, sattelite indicator was upside down. Can someone please tell me more explicit what can i do??ÿ
