We are trying to connect to our Hiper VR from a laptop to use with our gpr, but it keeps asking us to enter a PIN to pair to the device. Has anyone had this issue and how can we turn off the PIN?

Yes, some apps and OS require an authentication code. By default Topcon ships with no code. However you can assign a code manually using TRU.

Thats correct. Like I said you most likely don't have a PIN assigned to the device. It's your app that requires one. Either way you can change it with TRU.
