A person is having trouble using the Indiana RTN with Trimble gear. I am not there so I can't really see everything that is going on, but they get the message that a physical base is not available.?ÿ
It is a Leica network, can anyone tell me what is the correct broadcast format for Trimble access to be able to store the data as vectors? I logged in to their receiver and set the receiver to connect directly to the network, which it did, and it was showing mm RTK accuracy, but when he tried to store a point he got the same message. I have used Leica smartnet and NYSNet and did not get that message.?ÿ

I didn't want to bother the DOT operators of the network, especially since they don't charge for access, but I was contacted by them and they seem very helpful and willing to help.?ÿ
At this point it is a non-issue because we are running our own base with an NTrip server, but I would always prefer to NOT have to leave a receiver out if I don't have to. But I do want to find out what the problem is. I will post here if we figure it out. Probably a matter of using the correct mountpoint and broadcast format setting in the data collector.?ÿ
