Hai every one. Iam new on this fora and i need help.

Iam using An Epoch 50 spectra precision GPS for the first time. Its quiet a new set which only worked for one year on very few projects and has been packed since february 2018.

The problem i have is that when i power the recievers on, they will quiet well go through the self test stage successifully and then go to the update stage which will go on without finishing till batteries lose power. When i check the GNSS Status it shows sattelites tracked and used. The Recivers are on off mode . How do i overcome this. what steps to i follow to get to the tcorrect receiver mode. GPS is also indicted off on the today desplay?ÿ
