I am just starting to use my new Epoch 50 with Survey pro 5.3 and a Ranger 3 data collector. My elevation readings Change every day from 3 to 10 feet . WHAT OS UP?

Are you seeing horizontal shift as well?
Are you using a local base, VRS, WAAS?
Would need a lot more data to be of any help. I suggest pasting the first few paragraphs of a handful of RAW files.

Sounds Like A Raw Broadcast Solution
Which is why we hold our points by post processing or using predefined coordinates on each base.
BTW, for raw, 3-10' is quite good.
Essentially that is what you get for no extra effort on your part.

Sounds to me like you are seeing real time positions corrected only by WAAS. That's about the limits of WAAS corrected positions.
