I added some internal memory to my hiper lite + what should the interval be set at 1",10" , 30"? I got 4 meg of memory all I am wanting to do is collect data occasionally to send to opus.

I would say 5 second interval should run you all day with GPS only observations. I would do 10 second if you are doing GPS+GLONASS.

Only For OPUS, Use 30

That is all OPUS uses.

I have HiperXTs with 4mb of memory.

1" =~ 1 hour 5 minutes (GNSS)

So how long do you want record?

CORS reduces everything to 30". Strength of length.

I usually run 5" and change to 10" when I want more time. Or have a laptop with PCCDU to download in between setups.

Oops, I meant OPUS not CORS. Not to be P&R about it, but right church, wrong pew...

I wouldn't do 10" unless I knew for sure that all my CORS were at 1" or 5"; if a CORS station is logging at 15" then you're effectively logging at 30". I'd go 5".

Edit - Paul is correct though, if ALL you're going to do is OPUS go 30" to save memory; OPUS decimates everything to 30".

In "Receiver Managing Mode", once connected to the receiver, select File Explorer

On the popup window, select the Minter Tab and set recording interval in the "Period, s" field.

Note that this value is set back to the default 1 second interval any time that the NVRAM is cleared on Topcon receivers.
