Afternoon,

Wondering if anyone had a controller laying around that they would be willing to part with.

?ÿ

I currently use a FC2000 with bluetooth and Topsurv, using the Hyper Lites, but the controller has gone out.

I am in the middle of upgrading to a new system, but need to get some jobs done in the meantime.

Thanks in advance.

Randy

I don't know about the Hyper Lites, but with other Topcon units like the GR3, you can use many of the functions without the controller.?ÿ The number of green blinks is the number of GPS sats, orange blinks is GLONASS sats, press and hold Function key to start and stop data logging, etc.?ÿ It is not nearly as convenient and you don't get to name your points in the collected data file but it can sometimes be enough to get you through your day.?ÿ I've not tried doing more button-intensive activities like RTK or stakeout this way so don't know if it is possible (it would definitely be slow and annoying).?ÿ

I hope that someone has a controller for you.

Best regards, Eli

I concur, if you are just doing static, no controller is needed - I prefer static without.?ÿ Other functions, then yes a DC is necessary.

I think we have a old TDS Recon, and also a topcon FC 2500 that I have been meaning to put up for sale.?ÿ you can PM me if those interest you and you don't find anything else.

Need to complete some rtk jobs. Can't seem to figure out how to pm you on my cell. But I am interested in the 2500 if it has topsurv on it. Thanks

I have got a spare Sokkia SHC250 with magnet loaded. It has robotic and roads loaded but not GPS though. Let me know if you are interested. Cheers
