Oddly enough, I received an offer about 5 hours before yours this morning through Private Message / Inbox on this site, and agreed to sell it to that person. It's been for sale for a few months now, and then two people interested in buying it on the same day. Anyway, if that sale falls through, I'll let you know. You're next in line. Waiting on payment now. I'll reply either way (sold/not sold), so you know what's going on.
