Looking for a L2 dongle for sokkia spectrum survey.

i found this thing on side of the road. Its sokkia grx-1. i found this site and you guys would know more about it than me. seems to be very expensive and id hate to have to throw it away. has no battery in it just the main unit. its for surveying somthing or other. if yuou have any ideasm im at mi5veezee@yahoo.com. If anything maybe you help me find its owner.

What state are you in?
You could look up your states association of land surveyors and see if they want to help you find the owner.
