Looking to buy Leica TS15 total station. Preferably robotic set up. My budget is around 14000 EUR.

It is possible to find Leica TS15 within your budget, however it will not be brand new. Please make sure that total station is calibrated and inspected by Leica accredited technician before you buy it.

Jsavage977 , thank you for the offer. Unfortunately, I am looking for TS15 specifically. I have looked at shop4leica.com and it seems like they have quite a few nice total stations in stock right now. I think it is better option for me as I am from Netherlands. Shipping from US is very expensive + I would have to pay VAT on the top of that. Thanks for the offer anyway.
