Are you sure the AutoCAD license allows you to transfer it? The "embedded" version may have a very different license than the typical stand alone, and last I checked the stand alone license was non-transferable.
Which makes our sizable investment in software not an investment at all, but rather just an expense. Sorta like a purchase of a box of magnails. Once you pound those nails in the ground, good luck selling them. 😐
