I've got a GTS-825A for sale. It comes with six batteries(condition of batteries unknown). Will most likely need to buy new batteries and charger. Wanting to move quickly, so first reasonable offer plus price for shipping will be the one to buy it.

Thanks,

So how does it happen a guy about 22 years old has an instrument without a charger, doesnt know the condition of the batteries, and wants a quick sale rather than a good price?
Potential buyers will want to check the serial number.
The company I am employed by asked me to get this sold because it has been sitting collecting dust. There was no charger in the case, so therefore I cannot check the condition of the batteries that are inside the case with the GTS-825A. I am only wanting to sell it quickly because that is what was asked of me. I would always encourage everyone to do their due diligence before buying any piece of equipment.
Apologies for being so suspicious.?ÿ I did get a reply from Woodruff indicating it is okay.
I appreciate you checking with us but this is legitimate.
Thank you and Have a great day

Just around the corner NFG will chime in and ask "What is that for?"
:shutmouth:
If you can't sell it and it hasn't been dropped or run over I'll give you $400 and pay shipping. ?????ÿ
I've never used a GTS-825A, so I don't have an opinion of it. A little googling tells me that it is of c.2002 manufacture. I found another for sale at $1800.
The presence of 6 batteries makes me wonder a bit. Does it take that many to get through a day? Battery technology back then, I guess. Maybe it did.
I'm not in the market, but if?ÿ I was I would ask for pictures of the inside of the carrying case. The condition of that is a good indication of how the instrument has been transported and handled.

It is not worth much. Running it as a robot requires a set of radios and a 360 prism. It appears the RC unit is missing so there is that. If you find a RC you??ll need a Y cable.
?ÿ
Basically you need to find the radios, prism, and RC. Then it??s an actual robot and my guess is it??s worth $2000, $2500 tops to someone who has not used a newer robot since 2000.?ÿ
?ÿ
If you left it at my office we would throw it in the trash. lol
I sent you a message, let me know if you don??t get it.
has it been tested recently?
how much are hoping to get for it?
I'm assuming this has been sold, but wanted to check.?ÿ If not I am interested.
