I have been corrected: It was built for a cat, and is now destined for Barney, a chihuahua from the streets of Ensenada... with paralyzed hindquarters.
The size looks right to me.

The Drew Carey Show

Drew had a dog named Speedy that used a rig similar to that.

Reminds me of the old joke...

What do you name a dog with no legs....

It doesn't matter, he won't come when you call him anyway.

Reminds me of the old joke...

blind guy walks into a bar w/ a seeing eye dog.

He picks the dog up by the leash and starts swinging him around in circles on the end of the lease, knocking over beers and drinks.

The bartender says,"Hey what are you doing?"

The blind guy says," I'm just taking a look around."
