I read the minutes on the State Board's website each month once I read Ambrose's reply in this thread. In January, I found an entry that the state specific has been suspended due to statutory and administrative constraints. Also, they wanted to investigate somehow including that portion into the national exam. I would assume that if that were to happen, the PS exam would have NJ specific questions added into it.

I worked in New Jersey for 23 years, went to NJIT and learned NJ boundary law. I graduated in May of '17. I can see the State Specific not being such an issue for me, but I'm surprised the board is not testing those coming here from out of state. Hopefully something is worked out though. Either way, I trust their approach and recognize that it is a process with hurdles.

I'm just curious what the problem with the Law is.
