I haven't been able to access nsps.us.com all week with a message that it's temporarily susceptible to attack by a number of possible hacks, but spoofing was one of the likelier activities. That this page "should probably work later".
Is it just me?

Using the web address you posted, it opened right up to the NSPS site without any issues.
