You may want to see if the NGS 2019 Geospatial Summit webinar is on line, it was a total 0f 12 hours, 5.5 the first day and 6.5 hours the second day.?ÿ The webinar was live on May 6 and 7th.
while i've no problem with what you're asking or trying to achieve, and am in no way trying to pick a fight (you strike me as a good dude), i must admit my first reaction upon reading this was "isn't this the guy beating the drum on here all the time about getting properly paid for services rendered?"

But make no mistake about it, if I can score some good CEU's for no cost I am all over that. I was not aware of the NGS webinars and that is wonderful & I just learned of the OPUS for Project Managers and that is 12 hours of good interesting material.

Recently received a catalog from pdhacademy.com offering 16hr for $178 and can choose from one or all of 4 courses that range from $30 to $90 each.
The catalog is good reading because it appears to have the course study that has some really good reading material included whether you pay to get the CEUs or not.
What I am actually seeking are those hidden gems like what the NGS.
I truly had no clue that they offered the webinar courses they did and all these years I have sat through god awful boring classes at the Alabama or Georgia conferences or when I found myself in a jam and had to take Red Vector or McKissock stuff.?ÿ
The CEU seminars I have been attending around Texas are run by organizations that use the fees to fund scholarships and financial aid to surveying students of universities that offer surveying degrees
Not cheap and worth every penny as most graduates continue to achieve their license.
Too many have extinguished any future way to get there license and lowball and pay a fee for seal and signature or worse, they pirate a ride thru a legit business front.

Besides the state societies the only others I am aware of are McKissock or Red Vector and I really don't like those last 2 at all.
The Alabama Society used to put on an excellent program when they were in Montgomery but since they moved it to Pelham a few years ago it generally sucks. And the Georgia Society programs have always been sub-part at best with the same old wore out programs.
Now these NGS offerings greatly interest me.
If your State allows, consider a night class in mediation. There are good 40 hour night classes across the nation. I have not met anyone that didnt get geeat stuff from it.?ÿ
There's a new provider composed of two very reputable Surveyors in Fl. I'm going to take Georgia MTS, and Spanish Land Grants. They're $65/course. I've worked with Spanish Land Grants when involved in the boundary survey of Palm Coast and the history is fascinating, the field work is frustrating and futile at best. They are shown on quads in numbers beginning with 37. One quad had 105 "sections" in it. ?????ÿ

Mediation? I'm curious, can I assume this is centered around disputes possibly?
My background education is counseling and mediation. I use that more than all of my survey education and experience combined. Mediation is commonly called 'alternate dispute resolution', which should be a branch of our service..
Nothing worse than paying for wasted credits. And often the free stuff is far more useful than the paid.
And...dont get me started on CEU's and the generally insanity that they represent. (As if sitting in a conference room for a few hours will make someone a good surveyor that didn't bother being professional in the first place.)

I don't know, but if you can figure out in your studies why anyone would label a curve included angle "D" instead of "D" being degree of curve, please share.
