The morning session was all about accepting or not accepting found monumentation. The afternoon session focused on what all types of education a surveyor probably should have to be effective. Those fellows in the Southwest Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors do a great job of organizing continuing education programs. There were probably over 100 in attendance. An encouraging thing was noting that about 85-90 percent of those present were younger than me. Several were LSITs.
I hope Dennis lives to be 125 and continues his public speaking to surveyors the whole time. I've sat through a lot of seminars in my days and Mr. Mouland's brand is a breath of fresh air. I'd go so far as to say one of the best, at least.
