Have you checked with NEI? It’s possible that you could get a good deal on a new one now that the TSC7s are out. It’s also possible that they could be selling rental units off. AGS (Advanced Geodetic Surveys) in Texas is selling used TSC3s, they usually sell stuff that’s in good shape for a good price.
