Also wondering if anyone has replaced the screen on one of these?
I have one with an unresponsive screen.
I like these for the small size, good bright screen and surprisingly long range bluetooth, (despite not claiming anything other than standard range)

I have personally replaced the screens in lots of them. I actually took the factory repair class about 4 years ago, at the factory.
We have both used and new screens in stock.
What is wrong with the Touch Screen? It is common for these to get a seed or small twig under the bezel. Usually taking it apart and cleaning the rubber gasket an putting them together again fixes the issue. There are no gotcha’s in disassembly, all you will need is a #1 Phillips and an even smaller one to remove the little bitty screws that hold the board inside the case.
You are correct, the LT30 was the most reliable DC we ever sold. Hands down. The known problems are broken USB ports on the bottom and water damage.
Unfortunately, the subsequent models (T18, LT45), not so much.
What is wrong with the Touch Screen?
It just doesn’t respond all of a sudden – and with no keypad I can’t do anything!
I did open it up…gulp..but not sure if the ribbon cable is soldered or just a snap in thing? I realized I had reached the point where I had better stop.
Maybe I could send it to you! Please, please? ???? I know it won’t be cheap.
