TSC5 SIM Card Compatibility
I recently purchased a new TSC5, put in a sim card from our carrier and it won’t recognize it. I’ve tried my own SIM from my phone from a different carrier, I’ve tried the SIM from my TSC3 that works.
Has anyone had this issue? Is it simply that I need to find a carrier that is compatible? The user manual says it is 4G LTE capable so it shouldn’t be carrier specific…
This issue has eaten more time then what seams reasonable.

I have just received a TSC5 and the moved a sim card verizon one from an TSC7 and it has worked great the last few days. The IT folks did the set up. I set it up to get on vrs network and such so i am not much help.
