I’m not familiar with that but it sounds like something a dealer / service center would have.
I am not sure if this will help, but I have had the same thing happen with an R8M2 or R8M3 broadcasting to some GIS gear running an XDL rover. In my case it happened to be broadcasting in CMR which I believe is not GLONASS friendly. As soon as the corrections came in the Glonass SV’s were kicked out of the solution because (apparently) there was no correction in the CMR message packet.
As others have said, verify the transmit protocol is CMR+ or CMRx or even try RTCM and see if that behaves differently.

Great point. CMRx is only supported on Model 2s on more recent firmware versions – it was introduced on the Model 3s.
