Trimble Access duplicate point tolerance bug

Odd, most odd, which instrument are you using for your integrated survey – S5 or SX?
If it is happening every time, can you video it?
It’s the s5. I’m helping another party chief tomorrow so I won’t have a chance until the weekend, but I will do it.
Here is the keyboard glitch happening. Weird thing is it’s now misbehaving outside access as well. It was just the keyboard not working right in Access, once I closed it and tried to relaunch from Windows it acted like I was right clicking a mouse. I checked the settings, nothing unusual. Reboot. Still doing the same thing. Second reboot fixed it.
Thanks Mike, your videos are really good at clarifying an issue
I’ll sit down on Monday with a couple of the engineers and take a close look
Outside of Access though? And surviving two reboots?
It’s probably more than something the Access team can do much about
Cheers

.
It almost seemed like some kind of hardware failure… you’d think keyboard and touchscreen be too separate problems… weird.
I never made it into notepad or anything to try typing when it happened. Stopped the video when I closed access because I assumed the problem would end there.
Next issue. Second time today. Disconnect and reconnect fixes it
Finished product despite all the equipment issues along the way.
