That’s the way the whole world outside of the US does it.

Everybody (almost) does it wrong. You don’t put arc seconds before degrees or links before chains, and date/time should also go largest to smallest.

I don’t see anything wrong? My only question is, did they change the reference plat on 09/12/89. ???? ????
In my world dates are very important, but the protocol associated with them is a matter of preference.

The military was dd/mmm/yyyy for my entire time in. The mmm was the three letter abbreviation, not numeric.

I should have noted that I have done dates my way for over 30 years.
