TBC Version Compatibility
Recently upgraded to TBC Version 5.0, needed a HASP license key replaced and it came with a full license for 5.0. All of our other machines are licensed up to version 3.51. Now projects I save in 5.0 cannot be opened by all other user’s using the 3.51 version. Is there a way to make these compatible without upgrading all of our licenses? Wondering if anyone has had this issue.

I don’t know if this helps; we have TBC on 6 computers they are all 5.0. We only have one license and have to trade it around to use TBC fully.
Without the license TBC can only do limited tasks. It’s not a big deal to us because TBC isn’t used heavily in this office and trading the license is very quick, first one in gets it automatically.
If everyone wants the program at the same time one license doesn’t work. But for us it works well.

Curious but does TBC 5.0 process gps data from legacy units like the 4700? Or TSC-2?
Also is there 3rd party software out there that will process Trimble files (rinex)?
