Star*Net question
I have been using star*Net for a few years now, as well as Geolab which I have been using since 1986.
One item puzzles me in Star*Net. Under Options…project…adjustment tab, you drop down the grid box and then Select Project Coordinate System, there is an entry for “State Planes, NAD83” and another entry for “State Planes, NAD83 for GNSS”. Ditto for HARN and the UTM system.
What is the difference? I can’t think of anything that would be different.

IMHO a poor choice of naming, but the “for GNSS” systems allow for implementing a grid shift file. Not exactly a user friendly implementation of it either, has to do with the GDC files in the C:ProgramDataMicroSurveyStarNetV11Mapping folder if I remember correctly.
I can’t see a reason why one would want to use the “for GNSS” systems in STAR*NET.
