Odd things you find while surveying
Today it was a small allen wrench. The long side is maybe a bit longer than two inches.
Where I found it is THE REST OF THE STORY.
It was inside my right rear tire on the survey chariot.
Drove about 20 miles to get from site A to site B. As I pull to a stop, a worker comes over to tell me my tire is nearly flat. Before leaving the site, the worker brought over an air bubble and made the tire round again. Took off like a cat with firecrackers tied to its tail. Made it to the tire repair shop but couldn’t have gone much further. That was the only good part of the deal. Anybody want to buy a used allen wrench for $19.
