Can i use Corrections from IGS stations however the nearest igs station is 600 km .Could you help me please.

600 km is much too far to get best accuracy. You would probably get measurements that differed by decimeters from day to day.

So the realtime stream correction from IGS stations depend on baseline distance not common satellite ?!

Only satellites common to the base and rover are useful.
The iono/tropo corrections obtained from the base are most accurate close to the base, and less accurate with larger distance.
. Take a look at AUSPOS AND UNAVCO
There might be a station closer
