I have visited this forum many times for information and decided it was time to join. I??ve been surveying for 17 years. Came to it later in life. (I??m 53 now) Wish I would have found surveying much earlier but hey, better late than never.

My wife HATES Cusseta. She got her one and only traffic ticket for going 61 in a 55 zone. I believe the LEOs there make a decent living off the soldiers stationed at Fort Benning.

Athens is a beautiful place. Georgia was one in a long line of places I lived in a year or two at a time.

I grew up around Birmingham, Al, but married a Georgia Peach. We??ve moved around a bit too between Alabama, Tennessee and finally back to Georgia. Been here since 2001 and imagine Im here for good.

Yes he is Andy. He??s also my Father-in-law. He retired last April at 85 years old and was still in the field every day.

I am glad to hear that Ben is still around. He was a friend of my Father’s. He’s a good Man and has always very willing to help anyway he could.
