New FEMA flood elevation certificate?
The current FEMA flood elevation certificate expired in November 30, 2022. I heard that a new one has just come out, but I don’t see it online.
Does anyone know if there is an updated certificate that we should be using?

I was looking through it the other day and there was a line in there saying the homeowner can self certify. I thought oh neat let’s see what they need to do… click the link and it goes to a non-functioning webpage. heh
