One woman trying to do things right and over there some drunk guy on a backhoe yelling obscenities. Dogs barking on that porch and a surveyor in the middle hoping someone calls the cops. Kids crying and a mower running and someone yelling at the surveyor, “THAT AIN’T RIGHT! BEEN HERE 40 YEARS AND YOU SURVEYORS ALWAYS MESS THINGS UP!”
Maybe I’m strange but that’s my office and I like it.
Well he enlarged the pond that was existing, and it is on our property,is there no end to this?? I am having it resurveyed on Sept 11,and we will see about this, I am going to put in a hog lot on the border between our properties that is right beside of his back door. I can use the money from the sale of meat and he will enjoy the smell of corn feed hogs ,6 of them what do you think??

I wanted to let you know that we were cleaning out the fence row between out properties(not the border fence),and he took that darn excavator and enlarged an existing pond and placed a 3 ton rock where our last surveyor placed the iron pin and cap,the neighbor admitted to the police he pulled it up,now we cannot replace it in that location because of the rock, isn’t that criminal mischief?? He needs to be in jail. This pond is now on our property! Man problems, problems.
I am putting a 6 hog lot near his back door,he can enjoy the smell and I will make back the money this has cost me.Nothing like the smell of hogs on a hot summer day…..sooooeeeeeeee
Ronald W. BerrySome evening about 5:40 p.m. I’ll be kicked back in my easy chair eating a little supper and watching the national news. Top story will involve a hog-raising woman and her idiot neighbor with a trackhoe. Both either in jail or a hospital or a morgue.
rberry.
Was standing in a small pasture with about 100 goats swarming around me a day after a rain. Between the goats and their GS I was about to gag. At least they stayed away from the tripod.

I have done several goat farms and always had a habit of petting and letting the goats rub me, etc…..wife nearly kicked me out of the house when I got home I stunk so bad….I really didn’t notice….

Sounds like you may deserve each other.

Pay no attention to the demented midget in the corner….:-XI really hate seeing neighbors fighting….
I can’t imagine living next to someone I can’t stand.
But I see it every day; I try to encourage these neighbors to get along; I try to offer an equitable compromise; something I think they both can get along with.
Usually; when I tell them if they can’t get along; that they will need to lawyer up, costing them 10’s of thousands of dollars. They sober up and realize that is best to at least try….My best wishes to you and the neighbor; if you can’t come to an equitable resolve; you might think about cutting your losses and moving.
