A chord bearing and distance eliminates the guess work and is required either by code of practice or regulation in many jurisdictions. After you read and follow a large number of descriptions you will better understand what constitutes a good descriptions.
I’ve read plenty of horrible legals, I started there trying to not be that bad…
And again, as the answers keep rolling in, I’m glad I posted up for the critique, it only makes me better.
Hopefully they were all written by members of the legal profession.
@fairbanksls Exactly. You learn what needs to be included by trying to follow a description that does not have the key data. Is the curve to the left, or the right. Is is concave north, or south.
