Planner sent the engineers report for two subdivisions that are scheduled for tomorrow with a note that they will not hear revisions submitted.
Dad worked for a client in the 80s and prepared an As Claimed By petitioners plan for the Land Court. They refused to hear it and that was that. The son wants me to stamp and record the As Claimed By plan and record it. If the Land Court won’t decree it, why should I stamp it? The place is a mess of accretion with properties at right angles to the shore. And a barrier rolled over to form the beach they are all fighting over.
