How many VRS are using Galileo and Beidou?

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) RTN via KYCORS is full-constellation, meaning they have the RTX license for Trimble Pivot.
It’s kind of confusing how Trimble just slaps ‘RTX’ on different products to indicate different things, but RTX is the name they use to describe the Pivot license that network operators have to purchase to enable full-constellation. When I first spoke to the (now retired) network manager at KYTC and she told me she was just starting to enable the RTX option in Pivot, I was used to seeing RTX-PP, Centerpoint RTX, etc., so I was like: “why are you streaming a PPP correction when you have this beautiful network?”
AFAIK, the Leica SmartNet North America has full GNSS as of last year sometime. I rent time as needed and haven’t used it yet this year.
I also do the LiDAR verification surveys and vegetation over head high is usually an issue, time consuming and costly. Even though the free network in Oregon has partial three constellation now, I may buy time on the Leica network for future VVA forest collection just because of the fourth constellation and already owning a rover with four constellations. One month is $500 and would be worth it on a project with lots of forest canopy points.
