And survey bars. The question is: Name four things where close is good enough.
The bar with the smaller cap and lower than the one with the Morasse cap is mine. The Morasse cap is a different firm.
Considering the value of the real estate involved (not worth much) I don’t see a problem. Well, except, they didn’t go looking for my survey, which should have been standard research policy.
