Defining expected accuracy of static GNSS Survey
I would like to define for a client the accuracy that can be expected from a static GNSS survey. Would it be sufficient to define in terms of Error Ellipses at 95% CI and would it be wise to include equipment specifications also? My errors ellipses from Survnet are usually around 0.005 major & minor and 0.020 elevation.
Just curious as to how others define the accuracy achievable.
