Civil 3D, Figure Prefix Database, and Linework
I like the way the Figure Prefix Database will put all my linework on the layer I specify, but I hate the way it will make figures out of shots that I don’t code to be linework.
1. Is there a way to prevent the figure prefix database from automatically making linework from non-linework shots?

In the linework code set there is a setting to “automatic begin on figure prefix match” which essentially means that you do not need to have a line begin code. Try flipping that opposite of what you have it.
