I am excited to announce that I have just released the best and most advanced version of Deed Reader Pro yet.  Version 5.0 adds the ability to use some of the latest and most advanced AI large language models to transcribe and parse metes and bounds descriptions in deeds.  The integration of AI into Deed Reader Pro significantly improves its performance and it can now accurately transcribe much more difficult documents that were previously not possible with OCR.

Deed Reader Pro can transcribe and parse deeds with:

  • Poor and grainy image quality
  • Deeds with watermarks
  • Deeds handwritten in cursive
  • Deeds with more complex curve language

With this version of Deed Reader Pro the need to correct the deed text or call table due to poor OCR conversion to text has mostly been eliminated.

I am committed to continue to improve and add new features to Deed Reader Pro so that it continues to remain the best and most advanced deed plotting software available.  I am now working full time solely on improving Deed Reader Pro and have recently made progress with using AI to plot PDFs of survey and subdivision plats into CAD.  This feature will be coming to Deed Reader Pro soon.  I also will soon add a PLSS (Public Land Survey System) tool that will be able to draw georeferenced sections and subdivided sections in CAD with State Plane Coordinates.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝘆𝗲𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.  If you have tried it but not purchased a license yet and want to try Version 5.0 with AI comment below and I will provide you with another free 30 day trial.

Deed Reader Pro automates the task of plotting metes and bounds descriptions and is able to plot many deeds in a matter of seconds. Learn more and download to try a free 30 day trial at www.deedreaderpro.com.

I want to share an old cursive deed from 1878 that someone successfully just processed with Deed Reader Pro and shared with me.  No edits to the Deed Text or Call Table were made in the screenshots.
